Key Responsibilities

Enablement Framework Engineer
(Focus: Automating governance processes, ensuring transparency)
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain the governance layer for Copilot agents (inventory,
classification, ownership) and all associated components (cloud flows, AI Prompts,
etc.)
• Design and maintain Dev/Test/Prod environment strategy in Power Platform
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for Copilot Studio solutions 
• Automate deployment of retrieval and task agents across environments
• Implement automated tracking of agent types (retrieval vs. task agents)
• Maintain centralized usage reporting and performance dashboards
• Automate compliance checks (metadata completeness, ownership, lifecycle
status)
• Implement backend automation to enforce naming standards and environment
policies
• Implement additional high-code automation features as required
