Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement within the organization. This position emphasizes effective problem-solving, adherence to client SLAs, and empowering team members through strong leadership and communication. By leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools like Terraform and Azure, the Track Lead ensures that operational processes align with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps Engineer
(Focus: ALM, Monitoring, Operational Stability)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage environment variables, connection references, and service connections
• Implement monitoring and alerting for Copilot agents 
• Ensure production stability, scalability, and controlled rollouts
• Provide transparency on grounding sources and connected enterprise systems
• Build reusable templates and frameworks for standardized agent deployment
• Maintain deployment documentation and operational playbooks
• Configure secure integration with Azure AI Search across environments
• Develop validation mechanisms for Azure AI Search configuration and index usage
• Support MCP evaluation and use cases
• Ensure secure integration with LoB systems (Connectors, Custom Connectors,
MCP where applicable)
• Support security evaluations for integrations with enterprise systems
