Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations is a pivotal role focused on enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, effective problem-solving, and team empowerment, aligning operational strategies with organizational goals to meet client SLAs.

 L3 level Application Support and management on Linux and Windows platform.  Sound knowledge on troubleshooting part. Troubleshoot complex middleware issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.  Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for middleware operations.  Deployment of web applications through CI/CD tool Jenkins, Oracle Web Logic and ESB tool.  Certificates update on JBOSS and Apache TOMCAT based application.  Application monitoring through Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search tools.  SQL query execution and troubleshooting  Working experience in job scheduling tool - Dollar Universe ($U)  Good with Incident handling and management.  Team player  Proactive and willing to learn itself.  Good to have Financial and banking related application experience.  Provide on-call support for production environments as needed.  Experience with client interaction and working in different time zones.

4. Innovate Process Development By Introducing New Ideas And Best Practices Within The Weblogic And Websphere Environments To Enhance Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Operational Capabilities, Driving Business Results Through Effective Use Of Technology And Team Collaboration.

Required Skills  Expertise in middleware technologies such as WebLogic, JBoss, Apache tomcat, IBM MQ, ESB  Basic knowledge of scripting and automation skills (e.g., Shell, PowerShell).  Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).  Good understanding of networking, load balancing (F5), SSL/TLS, and security protocols.  Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.  Good communication, documentation and leading skills.  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.  Any ticketing tool like ServiceNow.
