Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Capacity Management And Itil Frameworks To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements Using Itil Best Practices To Ensure The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations In Service Delivery.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Fostering Transparent Communication Regarding Project Goals And Leveraging Capacity Management Techniques For Effective Resource Allocation.
4. Drive Innovation By Implementing New Ideas For Process Development, Utilizing Tools Like Bmc Remedy And Ca Service Desk To Enhance Service Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Based On Customer Needs By Applying Itil Methodologies To Lead To Improved Business Outcomes And Client Satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Capacity Management And Itil Frameworks.
2. Strong Understanding Of Tools Such As Snow Admin, Bmc Remedy, And Ca Service Desk.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
4. Proven Ability To Lead Teams And Manage Cross-Functional Communication Effectively.

Other Requirements

1. Itil Certification Is Preferred But Not Mandatory.
2. Familiarity With Avanti Tools Is A Plus
