Job Summary

Owns end-to-end governance, optimization, and evolution of DePuy network and IT operations tooling, ensuring platform stability, observability maturity, and automation-driven efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Own and govern Network and Operations tools used across the DePuy environment • Lead onboarding, lifecycle management, upgrades, and decommissioning of tools • Drive observability, automation, and event-correlation use cases • Provide L3 escalation support for tool-related incidents • Ensure integration with ITSM processes and ServiceNow • Mentor L2 Tools Analysts and define operational standards

Skill Requirements

8–12 years in Network Operations, Tools Engineering, or Observability • Strong understanding of monitoring, automation, and event management • Enterprise Networking knowledge (R&S, SD-WAN, Wireless, Security) • Experience in Managed Services / Global Delivery models
