Job Summary

Job Responsibilities : • Senior/lead technical role on assigned DC + DMZ projects (this role carries project leadership expectation — distinct from the other two roles) • Deep operational ownership of DMZ environment alongside DC (Nexus/Catalyst) • Own Load Balancer environment understanding and integration points • Act as escalation point for complex switching/routing incidents • Represent HCL technically in Cisco-facing project discussions for assigned work

Skill Requirement : • CCNP-level switching and routing knowledge (mandatory) • Senior-level expertise in DC + DMZ (Cisco Nexus, Catalyst) — expected to be deeper than the DC LMNT role • Strong Load Balancer environment understanding • Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery on a project, not just execute tickets • Arista exposure — a plus • 8–12 yrs total; 3–5 yrs relevant, weighted toward senior/lead prior roles
