Job Description : • Job Location: Noida / Chennai/ Madurai/ Vijaywada\\\\r\\\\n• Work Model: Supports 24x7 global contact center operations; on-call / shift rotation for P1/P2 incidents.\\\\r\\\\n• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.\\\\r\\\\n• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience: 7–11 years with 3+ years in DevOps/automation, ideally on Genesys or CCaaS platforms.\\\\r\\\\n• Relevant certifications (Terraform Associate, GitHub, Genesys Developer) desirable.\\\\r\\\\n

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Genesys Cloud CX configuration and integrations. • Implement CX-as-Code / Terraform to manage Genesys configuration as version-controlled code. • Automate build, test, and deployment workflows with rollback and approval gates. • Integrate pipelines with Git/GitOps, artifact repositories, and ServiceNow change management. • Embed automated testing, quality gates, and security scanning into the delivery lifecycle. • Drive observability and automation for proactive operations; document pipelines and SOPs.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : • Strong DevOps toolchain expertise – Git/GitHub, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Spacelift), Terraform. • Genesys Cloud CX ‘CX as Code’ / Terraform provider and API-driven configuration management. • Scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, YAML/JSON) and automation design. • Understanding of contact center configuration lifecycle and change/release management. • Security and compliance in pipelines (secrets management, RBAC, audit trails).
