Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operations with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Cisco Voice Technologies To Improve Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow, Ensuring Effective Business Process Optimization In Support Of Organizational Planning.
2. Understand Client Requirements And Leverage Cisco Voice Solutions To Ensure The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations, Fostering Strong Client Relationships.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Facilitating Training Sessions On Cisco Voice Technologies, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Aligning Team Efforts With Business Objectives.
4. Introduce Innovative Ideas And Improvements For Process Development, Particularly In The Context Of Cisco Voice Operations, To Drive Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Strategic Solutions Tailored To Customer Needs Using Cisco Voice Platforms, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Capabilities To Achieve Significant Business Results.
