Job Summary

Assist with the FY25 HOM NA Phone Lifecycle project.
Responsibilities will include assisting with knowledge
gathering, hands-on configuration, attending project
meetings, helping to coordinate project activities,
contributing to technical decisions, and assisting as
needed with any other task associated with this project
that is assigned to the account voice and video team.
• Assist as needed with any voice and video team project which may arise involving configuration changes, enhancements, or migrations for Cisco Contact Centre Express or WebEx Contact Centre.
• Attends team meetings and assisting with project related tasks assigned to the team as needed.
• Assist as needed with any tier 4 level project related voice support incidents in the account voice and video team.

1. Strong Understanding Of Cisco Voice Technologies And Their Application In Support And Operations.
2. Proficient In Operational Management And Process Improvement Methodologies.
3. Excellent Communication And Team Leadership Skills.
4. Ability To Solve Complex Problems Through Innovative Thinking And Strategic Planning.

Other Requirements

1. Cisco Certified Network Associate (Ccna) Voice Or Equivalent Certification Is Optional But Valuable
