Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job

Description/Qualifications:Provide network engineering support, operate, configure, optimize, and maintain the Cisco Identify Services (ISE) tool for the enterprise; provide network engineering expertise to deploy Cisco ISE network access control features (e.g. IEEE 802.1x modules).Analyze, configure, and administer CISCO ISE.This person will be hands on and responsible for Cisco ISE optimization and managing the environment.Implement expansion of security services to additional products, services, and systems.Ongoing moves, adds, changes to ISE solution (e.g. new device profiles).Understanding of Network architecture and how ISE integrates as per best practices.Ensure ISE is properly integrated across ecosystem.Responsible for making recommendations as per best practices.Responsible for ISE Policy re-architecture if suboptimal parameters found.Responsible for ISE policy creation/enforcement.Coordinate with team to schedule windows for changes that may impact traffic.

Required Skills and Experience:Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) Optimization and support experience is REQUIRED.Candidate MUST be well versed with Cisco ISE and understand how to set up new users and policies within Cisco ISE.Strong networking experience.

3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Leveraging Team Members' Strengths To Achieve Operational Success.
4. Drive Innovation By Proposing And Implementing New Ideas For Process Development Using Industry Best Practices In Security Operations And Management Tools.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs By Effectively Utilizing Cisco Ise And Palo Alto Technologies To Drive Business Results.

2. Strong Understanding Of Security Operations And Management Processes
