Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing operational excellence within the Citrix Cloud environment. This position focuses on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and ensuring that client SLAs are met while empowering teams through effective leadership and communication. The role is pivotal in driving innovative solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing Citrix Cloud Solutions To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes In Alignment With Organizational Goals.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Delivers Exceptional Service, Meeting Or Exceeding Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Citrix Cloud Tools.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Objectives, Utilizing Citrix Cloud Methodologies To Achieve Successful Outcomes.
4. Drive Innovation By Proposing And Implementing Process Improvements Within The Citrix Cloud Framework, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Develop And Implement Tailored Solutions Using Citrix Cloud Technologies To Address Customer Needs And Achieve Business Results Effectively.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Citrix Cloud Technologies And Operational Management.
2. Proficiency In Developing And Implementing Operational Workflows And Reporting Systems.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities And Experience In Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
4. Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills With A Focus On Communication And Collaboration.
5. Ability To Analyze Client Needs And Translate Them Into Actionable Support Strategies.

Other Requirements

1. Citrix Certified Associate Virtualization (Cca-V) Is Optional But Valuable.
2. Itil Foundation Certification Is Recommended

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
