Job Summary

Job Summary : • Daily health check and review AVD + Nerdio environment • Analyse AVD + Nerdio + FSLogix configuration for the performance and cost optimization. • Plan and prepare execution steps for any production changes. • Prepare scripted actions and validate the functionality. • Join CAB meetings to discuss Production Change Requests. • Attend customer workshops to gather requirement for any new use case • Work on Priority 1 incidents and provide root cause analysis • Join MIM Calls and coordinate with vendors. • Coordinate during Priority 2 incidents and provide support if require. • Perform AVD + Nerdio major components upgrades. • Create or Update Nerdio Configuration like Scripted Actions/Groups, Azure, or Nerdio Integration for any new requirement. • Coordinate with Application Vendor/Owner for any escalation. • Coordinate with Security, Network & Firewall Team • Document updates for environmental changes and preparation of SOPs if require. • Analyse Incidents trend and identify the problem area to reduce the incident count and to provide better user experience • Improve automation area by adopting new way of administration if applicable. • Continuous assessment of Azure AVD Landing Zone for the betterment. • Handle Escalation and provide details to Customer. • In response to service requests or as required for maintenance purposes, perform changes to the environmental configuration like Intune policies, scripts, drive mappings etc.

Other Requirements

Other Requirement : Relevant Skillsets: • Expertise in VDI Transformation of Server, Desktop, Application virtualization technologies. • Good exposure on Design, Implementation, Deployment, Assessment of Cloud based VDI solution like Azure AVD, Nerdio Manager and Citrix Cloud. • Expertise in the Migration and Upgradation of VDI environments. • Expertise in User profile management solution like FSLogix, Ivanti (AppSense), Citrix UPM/WEM. • Expertise on Designing and Implementation of Hybrid Solution, along with BCP and Disaster recovery plan.
