Job Summary

1. Enhance Operational Systems Using Configuration Management Tools To Facilitate Improved Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes Supporting Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Meets Client Expectations And Delivers High-Quality Service In Line With Itil Best Practices.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Culture Of Accountability And Excellence Within The Team.
4. Innovate And Propose New Ideas For Process Development, Leveraging Tools Such As Bmc Remedy And Ca Service Desk To Drive Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Operational Environments, Utilizing Itil Methodologies To Achieve Desired Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Proficiency In Configuration Management And Itil Principles.
2. Expertise In Tools Such As Bmc Remedy, Ca Service Desk, And Servicenow (Snow).
3. Solid Understanding Of Problem-Solving Techniques And Process Optimization Methods.
4. Excellent Communication And Team Leadership Skills.

Other Requirements

1. Itil Foundation Certification Is Required; Advanced Itil Certifications Are Optional But Valuable
