Role Summary
The L3 Aurascape DLP Tool Management Engineer / SME is the highest technical support role for the Aurascape AI DLP platform and serves as the senior operational SME for platform administration, advanced troubleshooting, customer-facing technical support, and service stability.
The role is responsible for platform management, escalated incident handling, policy and configuration troubleshooting, AI-tools DLP testing, documentation, reporting, vendor coordination, and periodic risk and gap assessments.
The role also interfaces with the Service Delivery Manager and customer stakeholders as the technical SME for Aurascape DLP coverage.
