Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position focuses on problem-solving, meeting client service level agreements (SLAs), and empowering teams through effective management. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Zscaler and Palo Alto technologies to enhance service delivery and optimize processes to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Zscaler And Palo Alto Solutions To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Supporting Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets Client Expectations By Implementing Best Practices In Zscaler Dlp, Casb, And Sse Frameworks.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Performance Expectations, Promoting A Culture Of Collaboration And Accountability.
4. Drive Innovation In Process Development By Integrating New Ideas And Technologies Within The Zscaler And Palo Alto Environments To Enhance Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Aligned With Client Needs, Utilizing Zscaler And Palo Alto Capabilities To Deliver Impactful Business Results.
