Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in managing operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement within disaster recovery and business continuity processes. This position focuses on solving complex problems, ensuring adherence to client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective leadership and communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate Disaster Recovery Exercises By Designing And Implementing Comprehensive Plans That Ensure Operational Readiness And Compliance With Business Continuity Protocols.
2. Manage Business Continuity Planning (Bcp) Exercises, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Assess Risks And Validate Recovery Strategies, Ensuring Alignment With Client Requirements.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering An Environment Of Transparent Communication And Accountability To Achieve Project Milestones And Client Expectations.
4. Analyze Existing Operational Systems To Identify Areas For Improvement, Implementing Solutions That Streamline Information Flow And Optimize Business Processes For Enhanced Reporting And Planning.
5. Innovate And Introduce New Ideas For Process Development, Leveraging Industry Best Practices To Enhance Organizational Efficiency And Resilience.
