Job Summary
Design and deploy agentic AI workflows on AI Force / GCP to automate DBOps and SecOps operations, including decision flows and reusable automation components.
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational processes while focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is essential for meeting client SLAs and fostering team empowerment through effective people management. The Track Lead will leverage Dynatrace, PowerShell, and Python to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI Force / GCP-based agent workflows for DBOps & SecOps. Build agent logic, orchestration, and decision flows. Create reusable automation components for incident, request, and change handling. Integrate agents with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, monitoring tools). Drive deployment, hardening, and rollout in production.
1. Utilize Dynatrace To Enhance Operational Systems, Facilitating Improved Management Reporting, Streamlining Information Flow, And Optimizing Business Processes For Effective Organizational Planning.
2. Apply Powershell Scripting To Automate Routine Tasks, Improve Efficiency, And Ensure The Support Team Meets Client Expectations Consistently.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Environment.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas For Process Development, Leveraging Python For Data Analysis And Operational Insights To Support Organizational Progress.
5. Analyze Client Requirements And Provide Tailored Solutions Using Dynatrace And Powershell, Ensuring Alignment With Customer Needs To Achieve Desired Business Results.
Skill Requirements
Strong experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI). Hands-on with GCP, AI Force, Python, and REST APIs. Expertise in workflow orchestration and decision automation. Knowledge of SecOps/DBOps operational processes. Strong client-facing deployment and troubleshooting skills.

2. Strong Knowledge Of Powershell For Task Automation And Process Optimization.
3. Experience With Python For Data Analysis And Insights Generation.
