Job Summary

The Track Lead role in Support & Operations is pivotal for driving operational excellence and ensuring that service delivery aligns with client expectations. This position is focused on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and effective team leadership, ultimately contributing to the achievement of client SLAs and the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Rubrik Cdm And Emc Legato To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes For Effective Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Delivers Exceptional Service By Utilizing Emc Legato For Data Protection And Recovery Solutions.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Leveraging Best Practices In Operational Management.
4. Drive Innovation And Process Development By Identifying Opportunities For Improvement In Service Delivery Using Rubrik Cdm Technologies.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Utilizing Emc Legato And Rubrik Cdm To Achieve Desired Business Outcomes.
