Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a vital role in overseeing operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position is essential for ensuring that the support team meets client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs), while also fostering team empowerment through effective leadership and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems Utilizing Emc Powermax And Powerstore To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Problem-Solving And Proactive Communication.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Setting Clear Project Goals, Encouraging Transparent Communication, And Promoting A Culture Of Collaboration.
4. Drive Innovation In Process Development By Introducing New Ideas And Technologies, Leveraging Insights From Netapp Block Storage Solutions To Enhance Organizational Performance.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Meet Customer Needs By Utilizing Emc Powermax And Powerstore Capabilities To Deliver Impactful Business Results.

1. Solid Experience With Emc Powermax And Emc Powerstore Technologies.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Netapp Block Storage Solutions.
3. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
4. Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities.
5. Capability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects Effectively.
