Job Summary

ROLE SUMMARY Owns vulnerability remediation across Fortinet platforms in the indirect-exposure tier, with partial automation already in place. Operates within the 7-day SLA. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ■ Triage and remediate Fortinet vulnerabilities on indirect-tier assets within 7-day SLA. ■ Maintain and extend existing automation for Fortinet patching. ■ Coordinate with the exposed-Fortinet team on shared advisories. ■ Document patterns and feed Phase 2 automation backlog. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS ■ Strong FortiOS administration. ■ Familiarity with FortiManager-driven patching at scale. ■ Comfortable with automation scripts (Python, Ansible). PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE ■ Fortinet NSE 4 or higher. ■ Cross-platform exposure (Fortinet + Cisco) is an advantage. EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS ■ 4+ years operating Fortinet platforms. ■ Certifications: NSE 4 minimum. SOFT SKILLS ■ Process-oriented operator. ■ Comfortable with peer-review workflows. ■ Team collaboration mindset.
