Job Summary

We are seeking a highly UKG Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in Dell Boomi integrations and UKG Extensions. The consultant will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design, build, enhance, and support UKG integrations, extensions, and reporting solutions across UKG platforms (UKG Pro/UltiPro, Dimensions, WFC, WFM Pro).

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business and IT teams to understand integration, extension, and reporting requirements.
  • Define integration architecture using Dell Boomi, UKG APIs, UKG Extensions, REST/SOAP services, and SFTP workflows.
  • Review existing solutions and recommend improvements aligned with scalability, performance, and best practices.
  • Act as an SME for UKG modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, People Import, and Labor Policies.
  • Develop, test, and deploy integrations in Dell Boomi AtomSphere (Cloud/On‑Premise), including mapping, exception handling, orchestration, and scheduling.
  • Build and maintain UKG Extensions (custom UI, rules, calculations, workflows, forms, data flows).
  • Configure UKG inbound/outbound interfaces such as Payroll Export, People Import, Scheduling, Accruals, and custom exports.
  • Ensure proper versioning, environment management, and integration monitoring.

Skill Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Dell Boomi integrations.
  • Strong experience developing UKG Extensions.
  • Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience working with UKG integrations across WFM Pro, Dimensions, WFC, and UKG Pro.
  • Familiarity with DevOps workflows and version control systems.
