Job Summary

To assign and track tickets and change requests for service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. To Develop And Guide The Team Members In Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity
2. To Monitor And Track Tickets/Change Requests And Manage Slas.
3. To Prepare And Submit Status Reports For Minimizing Exposure And Risks On The Project Or Closure Of Escalations
4. To Work Towards Continuous Improvement And Perform Root Cause Analysis On An Ongoing Basis.

We are seeking experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) consultants with strong functional and technical capabilities, including debugging, custom table design, integrations, and cross‑module understanding. The role involves end‑to‑end support for Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), inventory management, vendor management, and integration with SAP Ariba, SAP BRIM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP Receivables Management, and SAP Banking (BCM/MBC).

Candidates must be hands‑on with MM configuration, purchasing processes, pricing, invoice verification, and technical aspects such as ABAP debugging, Z‑tables, interface troubleshooting, and integration logic. Exposure to Cash Application Suite, exchange‑rate dependent logic, and financial postings is an added advantage due to our integrated O2C–P2P landscape.
