Track Lead - Hardware Asset Management, Configuration Management

Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Strategies For Optimizing Software Asset Management And Itil Processes Using Servicenow, Ensuring Enhanced Management Reporting And Streamlined Information Flow.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Oversee The Support Team’S Performance To Ensure That Client Expectations And Slas Are Consistently Met.
3. Lead, Mentor, And Inspire Project Teams In The Effective Use Of Configuration Management And Hardware Asset Management Best Practices, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas And Methodologies For Process Development, Contributing To The Overall Progress Of The Organization.
5. Design And Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Within The Servicenow Environment, Leading To Measurable Business Results.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Servicenow Software Asset Management And Itil Best Practices.
2. Solid Understanding Of Configuration Management And Hardware Asset Management Principles.
3. Strong Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Implement Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
4. Excellent Communication And Team Leadership Capabilities.
