Job Summary

Job Responsibilities : • Own Linux remediation strategy, patch baselines, deployment waves, exception handling and validation. • Lead Red Hat Satellite lifecycle environments, content views, activation keys, repositories and patch orchestration. • Drive Linux security hardening and remediation of complex package, kernel, dependency and service issues. • Develop Ansible and Shell automation for inventory, readiness, patching, verification and evidence collection. • Assess clustering, middleware, database, storage, network and application dependencies before patching. • Create standards, runbooks and troubleshooting guides and mentor E2.2 engineers. • Lead customer technical discussions and provide clear risk, progress and decision reporting.
Job Description : • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\\\\r\\\\n• RHCE/RHCA, Red Hat Satellite, Ansible or ITIL certification\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with high-availability and regulated enterprise workloads\\\\r\\\\n
Job Summary : Lead RHEL/Linux vulnerability remediation, Red Hat Satellite-based patching, security hardening and automation across enterprise Linux estates.

Skill Requirement : • Advanced RHEL/Linux administration, patching, kernel/package management and troubleshooting • Red Hat Satellite administration and lifecycle/content management • Ansible/AAP, Shell scripting and Git • Systemd, LVM, filesystems, networking, repositories, certificates and security controls • CIS-aligned hardening and vulnerability remediation; Rapid7, Kenna or Qualys exposure • Enterprise change, incident and problem management

Other Requirement : • Strong customer-facing technical leadership and presentation skills • Ability to translate Linux technical risk into operational and business impact • Clear documentation, mentoring, cross-team coordination and escalation management
