Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is essential for meeting client SLAs and empowering teams through effective leadership and communication. The Track Lead will foster innovation and drive process efficiency to support organizational objectives.

 

Job Title: PRA Engineer Department: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Sub-Domain: Beyond Trust PRA Location: Brazil Bands: 1 x 3.1 and 2 x 2.3 Job Summary The PRA Engineer is responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA) solutions to ensure secure and compliant privileged access across enterprise systems. This role supports operational health checks, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of PAM processes in alignment with organizational security standards. Key Responsibilities · Configure, deploy, and maintain BeyondTrust PRA platform for secure remote access. · Monitor and manage privileged sessions to prevent unauthorized access. · Perform regular health checks, patching, and system maintenance for PRA components. · Troubleshoot issues related to PRA connectivity, authentication, and session management. · Collaborate with IAM and security teams to enforce compliance with access policies. · Document operational procedures, SOPs, and ensure adherence to SLAs. · Support audits and provide evidence for regulatory compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications · Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles. · Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PRA or similar PAM tools. · Knowledge of security protocols (SSL/TLS, MFA, VPN) and operational best practices. · Familiarity with Windows/Linux administration and networking fundamentals. · Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Cyberark Pam Tools To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements And Oversee The Support Team’S Performance In Meeting Client Expectations, Leveraging Iam Strategies To Ensure Satisfaction.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering An Environment Of Collaboration And Growth In Iam Operations.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas And Improvements In Iam Processes, Utilizing Cyberark Pam Methodologies To Enhance Overall Organizational Effectiveness.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Iam Best Practices And Cyberark Pam Functionalities To Address Customer Needs, Resulting In Measurable Business Outcomes.

4. Proven Ability To Lead Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.
5. Familiarity With Identity Management Frameworks And Compliance Standards.
