Job Summary

Classification: Internal CyberArk L3 JD 1. Demonstrate hands-on expertise in the CyberArk suite of tools, including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and Central Policy Manager. (CPV)Install and update CyberArk components with the latest vendor updates to ensure the system is up-to-date and secure. 2. Operate and maintain the CyberArk system, ensuring its continuous functionality and adherence to service level requirements. 3. Hands on CyberArk Components PSM, Vault, CPM, PSMP, CP/CCP & EVD CyberArk Components 4. Perform in-depth diagnosis of CyberArk system-related problems and engage the appropriate technical support to address issues promptly. 5. Monitor capacity requirements of CyberArk, ensuring adequate resources are available to meet system demands. 6. Engage with Single Sign-On (SSO), Network, Security, and application owners to address cross-functional issues and enhance system integration. 7. Collaborate with the CyberArk vendor to ensure ongoing technical maintenance and support for all CyberArk components. 8. Coordinate the provisioning of regular reporting on CyberArk usage, ensuring transparency and compliance. 9. DNA Scan management 10. Onboard Complex/Custom plugin in CyberArk PAS

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Cyberark Pam Tools To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements And Oversee The Support Team’S Performance In Meeting Client Expectations, Leveraging Iam Strategies To Ensure Satisfaction.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering An Environment Of Collaboration And Growth In Iam Operations.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas And Improvements In Iam Processes, Utilizing Cyberark Pam Methodologies To Enhance Overall Organizational Effectiveness.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Iam Best Practices And Cyberark Pam Functionalities To Address Customer Needs, Resulting In Measurable Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Iam Operations Management And Cyberark Pam (Vault, Pvwa, Cpm & Psm).
2. Proficient In Process Optimization And Operational Reporting Techniques.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills Within A Client-Focused Environment.
4. Proven Ability To Lead Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.
5. Familiarity With Identity Management Frameworks And Compliance Standards.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
