Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) SME with deep expertise in CIAM, Microsoft Entra ID, IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) / WebSEAL, and modern authentication technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-grade identity solutions while driving automation, application onboarding, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities IAM & CIAM Engineering Design, implement, and maintain CIAM, Entra ID, ISAM, and WebSEAL platforms. Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, Federation, and Adaptive Access Controls. Lead application onboarding and integration with enterprise IAM platforms. Support identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance. Implement and manage OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, SCIM, and JWT-based authentication flows. Configure and troubleshoot WebSEAL junctions, reverse proxy agents, and authentication policies. Design secure authentication and authorization architectures for customer-facing applications. Development & Integration Develop custom IAM integrations, connectors, APIs, and workflows. Build and maintain REST API integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications. Develop authentication and authorization solutions using Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js. Implement custom claims transformations, token handling, and federation workflows. Create automation scripts for IAM operations, onboarding, provisioning, and reporting. Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for IAM solution deployment. Automation & Cloud Security Automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Azure Automation, or Ansible. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for Entra ID and cloud identity deployments. Design Conditional Access, Identity Protection, RBAC, PIM, and Identity Governance solutions. Support migration initiatives from legacy IAM platforms (WebSEAL/ISAM/Okta) to Microsoft Entra. Operations & Governance Perform root cause analysis for authentication, SSO, federation, and access-related issues. Support audits, compliance assessments, and security reviews. Document IAM architecture, technical designs, operational procedures, and standards. Collaborate with application, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams.

Minimum Salary (US):  69,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
