Job Summary

About the role The Cyber Learning Programme Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful design, coordination, administration, learner engagement, and benefits realisation of People Security's cyber capability development programmes.The role will support the Bank's expanding cyber learning investment portfolio, including AWS training, Hack The Box, SANS certifications, AI and Digital Assets bootcamps, vendor-led training, internally developed e-learning, and strategic cyber capability initiatives.The role will ensure learners are nominated, enrolled, engaged and supported throughout the learning journey, maximising attendance, completion rates, certification outcomes and return on training investment. The role will also leverage behavioural science techniques, including nudges, social proof and manager reinforcement, to drive participation and learning completion across targeted populations.Education & SKILLS
Experience in training coordination, programme management or learning administration.Strong stakeholder management skills.Excellent organisational and planning abilities, highly detail orientated.Ability to manage multiple programmes concurrently.Strong communication and influencing skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel).Experience in reporting and dashboard preparation.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
