Job Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Authentication Service Engineer with a background expertise in design, implement, and support of authentication systems to join our Authentication Service Engineering team. The role will focus on onboarding applications to Microsoft Entra ID, enabling MFA and SSO integration. The successful candidate will work closely with application owners, product owner, business analyst and scrum master to ensure seamless integration, and resolve potential technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Required

  • Proficient in implementing and managing authentication system.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, LDAP, etc
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and SSO configuration.
  • Experience working with authentication services such as ForgeRock is an added advantage.
  • Experience integrating both cloud-based and on-premise applications with identity platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership:

Collaborate with application owners to understand requirements and provide integration guidance and best practices.

Provide engineering expertise to assist applications migrating from one identity platform to another.

Ensure solution implementation adhere to all relevant standards, processes, and security protocols throughout the entire lifecycle.

Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and access-related issues

Develop and maintain technical documentation, and integration guide.

Stay current on Entra ID features, industry authentication trends

Key stakeholders*

Internal:

Cyber Security Technology teams, Production engineering support team, Support function departments needed to execute projects, Programme managers, Other squad/tribes focused on automation ,Various Cybersecurity Hive Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters , Business Analysts, Compliance/ Governance Team,
