Experienced in Transition and Transformation both. Handling Avaya to AWS(Cloud) Transition project for Ascension Customer.EC2 Instance creation, adding existing Avaya call flow in AWS environment, Adding India and Geo agents in AWS, CCP Link creation, Training for Agents URL Testing Session to agents and supervisor for training &UAT; (Test CCP Link, CTI URL for SNOW). Need to coordinate with Ascension Telecom team route the calls to New HCL US AWS DID . Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while enhancing operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Making burndown chart and delivery services to Ascension customer. Working on normal and Contingency PRF. Handling OMC readiness Coordinating with Delivery and GIT team for end-to-end delivery. Raised PR/PO. Working on Branding part Raised PR/PO. Working on Branding part. Prepare RAID Tracker, Project Planning: Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and implement Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and other teams; lead project meetings and manage team member expectations. Quality & Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet QMS requirements and follow engineering standards. Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly. Reporting: Provide regular status updates, financial forecasts, and documentation for partners and customers. Weekly Status Report and Executive Summary to Customer and Stakeholder. CR Request to Change Management team if there is any change in delivery
