Job Summary

App Ops – Middleware/Integration Lead L3 
Regular communication with IT and Business ManagementWork in a matrix organization having interactions with QA, ADM and Infra teamsUnderstanding of IBM MQ queues, dead letter queues and the flow of data across the systems.  In depth technology knowhow & troubleshooting skills across one or multiple Middleware technology areas (J2EE, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic, WebSphere, IIS as primary and other Web/ Application server as secondary) on Windows and Unix/LinuxHaving knowledge and advanced debugging skills of Integration and API technologies like WSO2Having knowledge of MQ like IBM MQ, Kafka etc.Manage the Steady State operations, SLA, project activities etc.Troubleshooting critical/escalated incidents.Identifies, Plans, and Manages Process Improvement Projects to improve incident management.

App Ops – IIS/ .Net/Biztalk L3 

  • Work in a matrix organization having interactions with QA, ADM and Infra teams
  • Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) with permanent fixes IIS, Biztalk and database
  • Resolve complex issues escalated from L1
  • Manage and optimize:
  • Debug integration errors using:
    • Event Viewer
    • BizTalk Admin Console
  • Tune and optimize IIS Platform
  • SSL certificates and bindings
  • Complex BizTalk releases / deployments
  • Collaborate with
    • Infra teams
    • App/Dev Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Orchestrations, pipelines, schemas, maps
  • Send/Receive ports, adapters (SOAP, FTP, SQL, HTTP)
  • Suspended messages (root cause, not just resubmit)
  • MessageBox DB performance issues
  • BizTalk Admin Console (Group Hub, tracking)
  • IIS (sites, SSL bindings, logs)

 

Key Responsibilities

App Ops – Middleware/Integration Lead L3 
Experience- 10+ years 
1. Implement And Optimize Ibm Mq And Iib (Ace) Solutions To Enhance Operational Systems, Improving Management Reporting And Streamlining Information Flow.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets Expectations Through Effective Use Of Messaging And Integration Technologies.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams In The Utilization Of Ibm Mq And Iib (Ace), Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Deliverables.
4. Innovate And Propose Process Improvements Leveraging Rabbitmq And Iib (Ace) For Enhanced Operational Efficiency And Organizational Growth.
5. Develop And Implement Solutions Tailored To Client Needs, Utilizing Ibm Mq And Iib (Ace) To Achieve Desired Business Outcomes.
App Ops – IIS/ .Net/Biztalk L3 
Experience- 10+ years

  • Knowledge about ITIL framework
  • Experience with Biztalk, IIS .Net Administration
  • Experience in BizTalk Admin Console (Group Hub, tracking)
  • BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) for monitoring
  • Knowledge of Message Box DB architecture Integration patterns (EAI, ESB)
  • Expert in at least one Scripting language (Windows Shell Scripting or shell script)
  • Hands on experience in following technical areas
  • BizTalk, MQ, IIS .Net
  • Apache, Tomcat other Web or App Servers
  • Hands on experience of database managed with Biztalk like SQL Server / Oracle

Skill Requirements

  • App Ops – Middleware/Integration Lead L3 
    Knowledge about ITIL, CMMi framework
  • Experience in Release / Build management activities.
  • Understanding of JDBC / ODBC connectivity.
  • Middleware technology areas (J2EE, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic, WebSphere, IIS as primary and other Web/ Application server as secondary) on Windows and Unix/Linux
  • Skills of Integration and API technologies like WSO2
  • Having knowledge of MQ like IBM MQ, Kafka etc
  • Hands on experience in any of the following technical areas
    • WebLogic  
    • IIS
    • WSO2
    • WebSphere Application Server
    • IBM WebSphere MQ
    • Kafka  
    • JBoss  
    • Apache  
    • Tomcat
