Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational excellence through the implementation of IBM QRADAR for SIEM solutions. This position focuses on continuous improvement, effective problem-solving, and meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Track Lead will empower teams through strategic people management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement And Optimize Ibm Qradar Siem Solutions To Enhance Operational Systems And Improve Management Reporting, Ensuring Streamlined Information Flow And Efficient Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets Client Expectations Through Effective Monitoring And Communication.
3. Lead, Mentor, And Empower The Project Team By Establishing Clear Project Goals And Fostering Transparent Communication To Drive Project Success.
4. Innovate And Propose New Ideas For Process Development, Contributing To Organizational Progress And Enhancing The Overall Effectiveness Of Support Operations.
5. Deliver Tailored Technical Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Within The Operational Environment, Driving Business Results And Ensuring Client Satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Ibm Qradar For Siem Implementation And Management.
2. Strong Understanding Of Operational Management And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Analyze And Respond To Client Requirements Effectively.
4. Experience In Leading And Mentoring Teams, With A Focus On Communication And Collaboration.
5. Familiarity With Process Development And Innovation Strategies In A Support Operations Context.

Other Requirements

1. Certifications In Ibm Qradar Or Related Siem Technologies Are Optional But Valuable.
2. Itil Foundation Certification Is Recommended For Best Practices In It Service Management
