Job Summary

2. Understand And Analyze Client Requirements, Ensuring That The Support Team Delivers Services Aligned With Client Expectations And Slas.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Culture Of Collaboration And Accountability.
4. Drive Innovation By Proposing New Ideas And Methodologies For Process Development, Thereby Promoting Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Ibm Tsm And Emc Data Domain To Meet Customer Needs, Ensuring That Deliverables Lead To Positive Business Outcomes.
