Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing and optimizing operational processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. This role focuses on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and empowering teams to meet and exceed client SLAs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing Sox Itgcs And Sap Grc Frameworks To Improve Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets Expectations By Leveraging Sap Security Protocols And Gdpr Compliance Measures.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Ensuring Adherence To Operational Best Practices.
4. Drive Innovation In Process Development By Introducing New Ideas And Methodologies That Enhance Service Delivery And Organizational Performance.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs By Utilizing Expertise In Sox Itgcs, Sap Security, And Grc, Leading To Measurable Business Results.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient Understanding Of Sox Itgcs And Sap Security Principles.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Grc Frameworks And Gdpr Compliance.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
4. Strong Leadership And Team Management Capabilities.
5. Familiarity With Operational Management And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa), Certified In Risk And Information Systems Control (Crisc), Or Sap Certified Technology Associate
