Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Integration Specialist to design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise integrations between ServiceNow and external applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow development, integration Hub, APIs, middleware technologies, and enterprise integration patterns. This role requires strong scripting capabilities and the ability to lead complex integration initiatives across cloud, on-premises, and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions.
  • Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, and web services.
  • Develop real-time, scheduled, event-driven, and batch integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards.

ServiceNow Development

  • Develop and maintain custom applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer solutions, and integration Hub spokes.
  • Configure and support MID Servers, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.

Enterprise Integration Management

  • Integrate ServiceNow with:
    • Active Directory / Entra ID
    • SAP
    • Azure DevOps
    • Monitoring Tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, SCOM, etc.)
    • HR Systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)
    • Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
    • Collaboration Platforms (Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
    • Custom Enterprise Applications
  • Support Service Graph Connectors and CMDB integrations.
  • Work with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar tools.

Support & Governance

  • Monitor integration health and performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for integration failures.
  • Maintain technical documentation and integration architecture diagrams.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data protection requirements.
  • Participate in platform upgrades and integration impact assessments.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
