Job Summary

ServiceNow CIS-PA certified Senior Platform Architect from UK. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Platform Architect to lead architecture, governance, and strategic platform transformation initiatives across enterprise customers in the EMEA region. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, platform owners, and delivery teams to define roadmaps, architect scalable solutions, and drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Define ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, and technical governance. Translate business objectives into scalable solution roadmaps and architectural blueprints. Provide advisory services across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, and CSM workflows. Lead architecture reviews, instance strategy, and technical debt reduction initiatives. Collaborate with customer executives, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to drive transformation programs. Support solution scoping, estimations, and pre-sales engagements. Promote ServiceNow leading practices and ensure platform health and scalability.

Skill Requirements

CIS-PA (Certified Implementation Specialist – Platform Architect) 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or professional services. Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, CMDB, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise architecture patterns. Experience leading large-scale transformation and platform modernization programs. Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and advisory experience. Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation initiatives is preferred
