Job Summary : Work4Flow - Sr Techinical Consultant - ServiceNow -US

Job Responsibilities : Work4Flow - Sr Techinical Consultant - ServiceNow -US • Gather and analyze business requirements related to IT Operations and ServiceNow ITOM modules. Minimum 4+ years Relevant ServiceNow Experience. S • Design functional solutions leveraging ServiceNow ITOM capabilities such as: o Discovery o Service Mapping o Event Management o CMDB (Configuration Management Database) o Orchestration (preferred) • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. • Define and maintain CMDB data model, governance, and best practices. • Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process discussions. • Provide functional guidance and solutions aligned with ITIL practices. • Assist in integration requirements between ServiceNow and other tools. • Prepare functional documentation, including: o Business requirement documents (BRD) o Functional specifications o Process flows • Support testing activities (UAT) and ensure quality deliverables. • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management). • Good understanding of CMDB architecture and data governance. • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management). • Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in conducting workshops and client interactions. • Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is an advantage. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications such as: • Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery, Service Mapping or DF ) • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
