Job Summary
Responsibilities: Provide centralized program management support, including governance, integrated scheduling, cross‑stream coordination, and standardized reporting for OT Security remediation activities in scope. Deliver dedicated PM support for each Business Unit, ensuring structured planning, tracking of remediation tasks, progress monitoring, and alignment with OT Security Services, BISs, and site execution teams. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies at both program and Business Unit levels; escalate concerns as needed, maintain mitigation plans, and ensure visibility for leadership decision‑making. Coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement, ensuring consistent updates to Business Unit BISs, site teams, and OT Security governance forums. Support documentation, standards, and reporting frameworks by maintaining PMO templates, progress dashboards, and remediation knowledge bases to ensure consistency across sites and initiatives.
