Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a critical role in overseeing operational management, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is essential for ensuring that client SLAs are met while empowering teams through effective leadership and innovative practices. The Track Lead will drive operational excellence by leveraging IaaS solutions such as AWS and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing Iaas Solutions Using Aws And Terraform, Improving Management Reporting, Streamlining Information Flow, And Optimizing Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets Client Expectations Through Effective Communication And Operational Oversight.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering A Collaborative Environment And Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Objectives.
4. Drive Innovation And Process Development By Introducing New Ideas And Best Practices Within The Support Operations Framework.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Aws And Terraform That Align With Customer Needs, Leading To Improved Business Outcomes.

1. Solid Understanding Of Iaas Solutions, Specifically Aws And Terraform.
2. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
3. Strong Leadership Capabilities With Experience In Team Management.
4. Proficient In Process Optimization And Operational Improvement Strategies.
5. Effective Communication Skills For Client Interaction And Team Collaboration.

Other Requirements

1. Aws Certified Solutions Architect Associate (Optional But Valuable).
