Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring the team meets client SLAs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role combines leadership, technical expertise in Infrastructure as Code, PowerShell, and process optimization to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement Infrastructure As Code Using Tools Like Terraform And Ansible To Automate And Streamline Infrastructure Provisioning, Enhancing Operational Efficiency And Reducing Manual Intervention.
2. Utilize Powershell Scripts To Automate Routine Tasks And Improve System Monitoring, Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Operational Issues And Enhancing System Reliability.
3. Lead The Project Team By Setting Clear Objectives, Mentoring Team Members, And Facilitating Transparent Communication To Align Project Goals With Client Expectations.
4. Analyze Current Operational Processes And Introduce Innovative Solutions Using Python And Jenkins For Ci/Cd Pipelines, Driving Continuous Improvement And Organizational Growth.
5. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Insights On Client Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Consistently Meets And Exceeds Service Level Agreements.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Infrastructure As Code Tools Such As Terraform And Ansible
2. Strong Scripting Skills In Powershell And Python
3. Experience With Jenkins For Ci/Cd Automation
4. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills
5. Effective Communication And Team Leadership Abilities
