Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement within the organization. This position focuses on problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective people management. The role is instrumental in aligning team efforts with client expectations while fostering innovation and process development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead The Development And Implementation Of Mac Packaging Solutions Using Jamf To Optimize Deployment Strategies And Enhance User Experiences.
2. Analyze Client Requirements To Ensure The Support Team Effectively Meets Service Level Agreements And Drives Customer Satisfaction Through Tailored Solutions.
3. Mentor And Guide The Project Team In The Execution Of Operational Tasks, Ensuring Clear Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Culture Of Accountability.
4. Identify And Implement Innovative Process Improvements In Mac Packaging And Deployment Workflows, Contributing To Overall Organizational Efficiency And Effectiveness.
5. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Provide Expert Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Drive Positive Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Mac Packaging And Jamf, With A Strong Understanding Of Operational Management Principles.
2. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And A Solid Grasp Of Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
3. Strong Leadership Abilities, With A Focus On Team Empowerment And Effective Communication.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Jamf 200, Itil Foundation Certification
