Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational excellence and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. This position emphasizes problem-solving and team empowerment, ensuring that client SLAs are consistently met while facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems Using Saviynt Pam To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Contributing To Effective Organizational Planning.
2. Utilize Java Development Skills To Create Tools That Monitor And Analyze Support Team Performance, Ensuring Alignment With Client Expectations And Enhancing Service Delivery Quality.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering A Culture Of Transparent Communication Regarding Project Goals And Expectations, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Objectives.
4. Innovate And Implement Process Improvements That Leverage Xceedium, Ca Pam, And Broadcom Pam Technologies, Driving Overall Organizational Progress And Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions By Analyzing Customer Needs Through Saviynt Pam And Java Development, Ensuring Results-Oriented Outcomes That Align With Business Objectives.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Saviynt Pam And Java Development.
2. Strong Understanding Of Xceedium, Ca Pam, And Broadcom Pam Technologies.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
4. Strong Communication And Team Management Skills.
