Job Summary

The DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IPAM) L3 Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, optimization, troubleshooting, and governance of the enterprise DDI infrastructure based on Infoblox BloxOne and traditional Infoblox Grid environments. The role requires deep technical expertise in DNS, DHCP, IPAM, network services automation, security integration, and operational support within a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

DDI Operations & Administration Manage and support enterprise-wide Infoblox BloxOne DDI infrastructure. Administer DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services across global environments. Configure and maintain DNS zones, records, forwarding, delegation, and DNSSEC. Configure and manage DHCP scopes, failover, reservations, and lease management. Maintain IP address planning, subnet allocation, utilization tracking, and reporting. Perform network discovery and IP address reconciliation activities. Monitor DDI service health and ensure service availability. Design & Implementation Design scalable DDI solutions for enterprise and cloud environments. Implement new Infoblox appliances, Grid members, and BloxOne services. Lead migration projects from legacy DNS/DHCP solutions to Infoblox BloxOne. Deploy and maintain High Availability (HA) configurations. Support cloud-integrated DDI deployments across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory Strong expertise in: Infoblox NIOS Infoblox BloxOne DDI DNS DHCP IPAM Deep understanding of: DNS Architecture DHCP Architecture Network Services Management TCP/IP Routing & Switching Fundamentals Experience with: Grid Management DNS Zones and Records DHCP Scopes and Failover IPAM Administration DNSSEC GSLB (Preferred)

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.\\\\r\\\\nStrong customer-facing experience.\\\\r\\\\nAbility to lead technical discussions and architecture reviews.\\\\r\\\\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.\\\\r\\\\nAbility to work in a 24x7 global support model.\\\\r\\\\nExcellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.\\\\r\\\\nExperience in preparing executive reports, RCA documents, and governance presentations.
