1) Service purpose
An L2/L3 technical profile is required to operate the corporate workplace environment based exclusively on Windows 11, including physical endpoints managed with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, as well as virtual endpoints in a Citrix VDI environment.

L2/L3 operations for Windows 11 endpoints (physical) managed by Intune
Operations and troubleshooting of Windows Autopilot
Operation of the Citrix VDI environment oriented to end users
Golden Image maintenance and releases
VDA updates/patching and post-change verification
Change management (RFC/CAB), documentation, and coordination with IT teams

A) Intune (Windows 11)
Application deployment (Win32/MSI/Store), troubleshooting and remediation
Management of waves/pilots, success tracking and conflict resolution
Review of endpoint compliance and health
B) Windows Autopilot
Provisioning support: enrollment/registrations, profiles and error resolution
Process optimization (improve success rate, reduce manual intervention)
C) Citrix VDI (operations + image)
Golden Image maintenance: patches, apps, configuration, validation and release
VDA updates: planning, execution, compatibility and post-checks
4) Mandatory requirements (Must Have)
L2/L3 experience administering and troubleshooting Windows 11
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune: application deployment
Operational experience with Windows Autopilot (provisioning, troubleshooting)
Experience in production Citrix VDI environments
Experience maintaining a Golden Image and controlled releases
Experience executing VDA updates/patching and subsequent validation
Ability to produce technical documentation and communicate clearly, as well as collaborate with other teams
5) Desirable requirements (Nice to Have)
PowerShell for automation, troubleshooting and evidence collection
ITIL knowledge (Incidents/Problems/Changes)
Experience with ring/wave deployments and rollback strategies
Experience in application packaging (Win32) and deployment best practices
6) Expected deliverables
Catalog of managed applications (packages, detection, dependencies, troubleshooting)
Autopilot procedures (onboarding, common errors, remediation)
Golden Image release plans (tests, acceptance criteria, rollback)
VDA update plans (compatibility, maintenance window, post-check)
8) Operating model and coordination
Interaction with Service Desk (L1), Security, Networks, Identity and the Platform/Infrastructure team
Participation in planned change windows and post-implementation support
Coordination for L3 escalations and communication of major incidents
