Job Summary

Job Summary : The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for deploying, configuring, securing, maintaining, and troubleshooting organizational endpoints across physical, virtual, and cloud-managed environments. This role supports both traditional endpoint management through Microsoft Configuration Manager and modern management through Microsoft Intune, with a strong focus on Windows endpoint lifecycle management, golden image standards, application deployment, patching, compliance, and end-user experience.



Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : • Maintain documented endpoint build standards, imaging procedures, deployment checklists, and support runbooks. • Monitor endpoint compliance, client health, deployment success rates, failed installations, update status, and security posture. • Perform root-cause analysis for deployment failures, policy conflicts, application issues, device enrollment problems, and operating system errors. • Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and application owners to resolve endpoint-related incidents and improve support processes. • Test endpoint changes in a controlled environment before production rollout, including operating system upgrades, driver packs, software packages, scripts, and configuration profiles. • Support hardware lifecycle activities, including device provisioning, refresh planning, break/fix replacement, retirement, and secure wipe processes.



Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : • Microsoft Configuration Manager: Manage collections, task sequences, operating system deployment, software distribution, client health, reporting, compliance settings, and patch management. • Microsoft Intune: Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, application deployment, update rings, device actions, and reporting. • Golden Image Management: Build, maintain, test, document, and retire standardized Windows images used for device deployment, refresh, recovery, and lifecycle replacement. • Windows Endpoint Administration: Support Windows 11 configuration, operating system upgrades, driver management, BitLocker, local administrator controls, user profiles, and device performance. • Endpoint Security: Apply endpoint hardening standards, EDR, encryption, vulnerability remediation, least privilege principles, and security configuration baselines. Sentinel One experience preferred. • Application Packaging and Deployment: Package, test, deploy, update, and retire applications using Configuration Manager, Intune, Win32 app packaging, Microsoft Store apps, scripts, and required/available deployment models.

Other Requirement : • Communicate technical changes clearly to both technical teams and non-technical end users. • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting discipline, documentation habits, ownership, and follow-through. • Prioritize work based on business impact, security risk, user experience, and operational urgency. • Collaborate effectively across IT teams to support projects, incident response, endpoint standards, and change management. • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to reduce manual work, improve deployment reliability, and modernize endpoint management practices.
