Job Summary

The Endpoint Management Administrator is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise Windows endpoints across physical, virtual, and cloud-managed environments. The role focuses on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, operating system deployment, application packaging, patch management, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : • Manage endpoint provisioning, deployment, refresh, and retirement processes. • Build and maintain Windows golden images and task sequences. • Administer Intune device enrollment, configuration profiles, and application deployment. • Manage SCCM collections, software distribution, operating system deployment, and reporting. • Implement and support Windows Autopilot deployments. • Package, test, deploy, and update enterprise applications. • Manage Windows patching, update rings, maintenance windows, and compliance reporting. • Troubleshoot endpoint deployment, software installation, and operating system issues. • Support hardware refresh and endpoint lifecycle management. • Develop PowerShell scripts for endpoint automation and operational efficiency.

Skill Requirement : • Microsoft Intune Administration • Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) • Windows 10/11 Endpoint Administration • Windows Autopilot Provisioning • Golden Image Management • Operating System Deployment (OSD) • Application Packaging and Deployment (Win32, MSI, Store Apps) • Patch and Update Management • Co-Management (SCCM + Intune) • PowerShell Automation • Microsoft Graph Fundamentals



Other Requirements

Other Requirement : • 7+ years managing enterprise Windows endpoints. • Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID. • Experience with Windows imaging, application packaging, patch management, and automation.
