Job Summary

Windows L3\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRole Description/Activities\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\nEnd User Computing SCCM Architect\\\\r\\\\n• Must have at least 10+ years’ Architecture and Product portfolio experience with Designing, Implementing, Preparing, and Configuring Remote Workplace Modernization and Management Technologies:\\\\r\\\\no System Center Configuration Manager/Microsoft Endpoint\\\\r\\\\n SCCM Windows OS Deployment and Management\\\\r\\\\n SCCM App Publishing\\\\r\\\\n Integration with App Stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store for Business)\\\\r\\\\no Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices (MS, Apple, Android)\\\\r\\\\n Hybrid Azure AD Joined/Azure AD Joined\\\\r\\\\no Intune and integration between SCCM & Intune\\\\r\\\\n Intune Autopilot (Zero Touch)\\\\r\\\\n WAAS\\\\r\\\\no Knowledge/experience with other Unified Endpoint Management Solutions (UEM, etc.)\\\\r\\\\no Must have experience in the creation of Technical Use Cases/Personas and how these are combined with the Technical, Functional and Business Requirements to drive the Technical Architectural settings/policies.\\\\r\\\\no Must have experience with creation of Technical/Project Documentation (Gap Analysis, Implementation Plan, Cost Estimation for Implementation Work, Cost Benefit Analysis/Cost Savings Analysis).\\\\r\\\\no Must have experience working in a cross functional team, with the ability to lead/drive the scope of work in ambiguous client facing situations and requests.\\\\r\\\\no Takes over all management and responsibilities for an existing SCCM infrastructure and continues to design, engineer and implement SCCM/MECM infrastructure solutions to support operational or customer facing system\\\\r\\\\no Create MECM HLD and LLD design including Intune and Co Management existence for romaing clients.\\\\r\\\\no Planning and implementing required SCCM branch upgrades of existing infrastructure to stay current and supported by Microsoft.\\\\r\\\\no Provides technical guidance to Client’s\\\\\\\' retail business and IT organizations as required. \\\\r\\\\no Recommend areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed.\\\\r\\\\no Experience designing and delivering Cloud or hybrid based solutions of End point management.\\\\r\\\\no Customer focused, confident and articulate with lots of experience in stakeholder meetings and presentations\\\\r\\\\no Happy to lead/steer customer meetings and presentations and be the authority in the room\\\\r\\\\no Able to work closely with sales and engineering teams around the globe o Good presentation and documentation skills o Strong working knowledge with one or more scripting languages – PowerShell, Windows Command Script, Visual Basic Script.o Windows 10 Upgrade Design and Delviery.o The candidate must be confident in meeting customers, gathering their requirements and answering their technical questions.\\\\r\\\\no They must also coordinate with other consultants to cover knowledge gaps and work closely with offshore engineering teams to ensure that designs are properly implemented Work Experience (years) 10 to 15 years Mandatory Skills o Deep and broad knowledge of SCCM/MECM, Windows 10, Intune and MBAM Solutions o GPO handling, scripting,                  o Experience of managing Windows Client environments and ability to take on complex problem solving tasks.\\\\r\\\\no Well organized and attentive to details\\\\r\\\\no Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, diverse team, open to different ideas and opinions and develop networking      o Ability to work on technical complex environment as well as on taking into account organizational and processes aspects Key environments/tools: o SCCM/MECM, Intune, MBAM, o PowerShell, o Windows 7, 8 and 10,.

Key Responsibilities
