Job Summary

1) SharePoint Business Analyst (Workflows, InfoPath, SP2019 → Cloud Modernization)\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nSummary\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Leads discovery and analysis of legacy workflows (SharePoint Designer, SharePoint 2019.) and InfoPath forms.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Partners with business units to define future-state processes in M365.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Produces requirements, process maps, and backlog items for modernization.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Recommends replacements using Power Automate, Power Apps, and modern lists/libraries.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Supports migration readiness by identifying workflow-dependent content and risks.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Aligns solutions to governance, compliance, and security policies.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Coordinates UAT, training, and adoption for new flows/forms.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Works closely with migration PM/architect to sequence remediation and cutovers.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRole Overview\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nThe SharePoint Business Analyst drives process modernization as part of a SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online migration program.
