Job Summary

Microsoft Teams Engineer – Tenant Migration (Quest Tool) - 2 PositionsProvide administration and operational support for Microsoft Teams during tenant‑to‑tenant migration.Plan and execute Teams migrations using Quest On Demand Migration tools.Migrate Teams structure, channels, memberships, and associated SharePoint content.Coordinate migration waves with business stakeholders and site owners.Validate Teams functionality post‑migration, including chat, meetings, and files.Manage Teams policies, configurations, and governance in the target tenant.Support Teams Enterprise Voice features where applicable.Troubleshoot migration‑related issues and user access concerns.Monitor Quest migration jobs and resolve failures or exceptions.Work closely with Exchange and SharePoint SMEs to manage dependencies.Communicate migration schedules, impacts, and status updates to users.Ensure minimal business disruption during migration activities.Maintain migration documentation, runbooks, and issue logs.Engage Microsoft or Quest support as needed for escalations.Support post‑migration stabilization and adoption efforts.

3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Utilizing Ms Teams For Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.
4. Drive Innovation By Proposing New Ideas For Process Development Using Ms Viva And Sharepoint Online, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress And Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs By Utilizing Microsoft Teams And Related Technologies, Leading To Measurable Business Results.

1. Proficient In Ms Teams And Microsoft Teams Ev.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Sharepoint Online And Ms Viva.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Operational Management Skills.
