Track Lead - MS Windows,Endpoint Management,Hyper-V,MS Cluster Server

Job Summary

Execute all Windows engineering pre-tasks including collecting server information, validating access, preparing runbooks, and additionally, executing all windows tasks during an upgrade Engineers support adding/removing servers to and from clusters/load balances. Subset of engineers with domain level permissions execute domain activities (removing or joining servers to AD)

Key Responsibilities

 Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) Active Directory (AD) management including domain join/remove operations PowerShell scripting for automation and server management Virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, vCenter) Clustering and load balancing configuration and management Server cloning and imaging tools Experience with Windows OS upgrades and patch management Knowledge of agent installations (monitoring, security, backup agents) Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar change management tools Network configuration and troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Security hardening and cipher compliance ITIL practices and change management processes
